Spaghetti Bolognese

Cook Time: 90 mins


  1. Brown mince with a little bit of oil

  2. Pour out fat

  3. Add chopped tomatoes (2-3 tins), tomato puree, wine, chopped basil, oregano and simmer till boil

  4. Chop carrots, mushrooms, courgettes and add to mince

  5. Simmer on low heat for 1.5hrs

  6. Add chopped fresh basil 10mins before serving


  • 2 Carrots
  • 300grs Mushrooms
  • 2 Courgettes
  • 4tsps Dried oregano
  • 200grs Tomato Puree
  • 25grs Basil
  • 3 cans Chopped Tomato
  • 500grs Beef Mince
  • 150mls Red wine
