Easy Chicken Recipe: Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken

Preheat the grill to a low heat.
Combine the chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, orgeano and salt and pepper together to make the seasoning and set aside. Separately prepare the honey and cider glaze mixture and set this aside too.
Lay the chicken thighs flat on a baking tray and cover in the seasoning mixture. Add the chicken to grill when it's up to temperature.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on one side and then flip, and cook for a 5-7 minutes on other side. Flip again and then baste the chicken in the honey and cider glaze, covering evenly. Return to the grill for a few minutes until the glaze has thickened up - it may start to smoke a little.
Take chicken out from the grill and let rest for a few minutes (make sure the glaze has time to cool down before eating).
If you don't have a grill you can cook in the oven instead at 200°C (180°C fan) for 15-20 minutes.
